I seem to have rounded another corner and started a weight loss cycle. I tend to plateau for a few weeks then drop a few pounds, then plateau again. Dropped a little bit more. I weighed in this morning after a good night’s sleep. I have a good chance of seeing a sub 200 after my long run this weekend. Keeping fingers crossed!
