Since purchasing my FitBit Wi-Fi scale and tracking my food the weight has been steady dropping. As of today I am down 8 pounds. Yea!
The big difference has been tracking my food intake. Using the Fitbit app, that works in conjunction with the scale, tracking to a daily intake of only 1200 calories plus any calories that I burn with exercise has opened my eye to all kinds of aspects of my diet. I will also note that I have reduced by beer consumption considerably. It’s all coming together nicely.
My energy level has been great so I’m going to keep doing what I have been. My goal weight is 195 and then I’ll reevaluate how to drop another 8-10 pounds before the end of the year.
