Virtual Trail Panorama: Worlds Collide

Posted by on July 3, 2012

Here is a cheesy trail panorama to take you into the midweek break for the 4th of July. I call this one World’s Collide. I shot this last week when Terra and I were out on our weekly trail run. It did not turn out a good as I hoped since it looks posed. Oh well, maybe I’ll try another one tonight.

The panorama might take a minute to load. You can click and hold to move the view around the scene. You can also double-click on the viewer to zoom in. Double click again to zoom back out. You can also make the panorama go full screen if you click the circle/arrow icon in the upper right corner of the viewer.

That header got me a bit concerned. Glad to read that you didn’t literally drop your wife. Heh. And yeah, I agree with you regarding the solo aspect of the sport. When I’m on the trail I’m concentrating on my breathing, water intake, and general feel of my body as I slog uphill. When I’m on the downhill I’m looking out for snakes and taking in the scenery. I have no time to talk while running. It would just throw off my game.
