Relentless Forward Progress

After finishing Born to Run a few weeks ago I started reading Relentless Forward Progress: A Guide to Running Ultamarathons today. I always find reading about my goals keeps me uber motivated. Since I am trying to recover from bruised feet right now I need something to feed the fire. I am not sure what the next week will bring me for training but at least I can keep the eye on the prize and possibly learn something in the process.

    I loved this book!! I have it on the Kindle, too (I think I left this note somewhere, too- DM? My memory stinks…). I plan on reading it again!!
